Repair and Renovation

If you see or experience an unexpected problem with the product you have purchased, we take the product for a 3-day inspection and inform you about the situation after the decision made by us. If it is a problem realized by us, we do not charge you, but if the problem is caused by the customer, we will charge you according to the extent of the damage.

  • Our silver products are guaranteed for ONE AND A HALF MONTH
  • Our gold products are guaranteed for FOUR MONTHS.


If the warranty period of your products has expired, we charge a fee for repair depending on the gram of your product and we restore the old appearance.

  • Things that are included in the warranty process and for which no fee is charged: product color variation, movement of stones
  • Not included in the warranty process: stones breaking, chain breakage
