KVKK Disclosure Statement

As Tvento Jewelry ("Company"), we attach importance to the protection of the personal data of our customers, visitors, and users in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") No. 6698. In this context, we would like to inform you about our data processing activities.

With this Policy, we aim to inform our valued customers about what type of personal data is collected, how this personal data is used, with whom your personal data may be shared, what your rights are regarding your processed personal data, and how you can exercise these rights, and how you can change your preferences regarding receiving electronic commercial communications.

1. Your Processed Personal Data, Purpose and Basis of Personal Data Processing

To receive and deliver orders with the best service quality, to carry out payment transactions, to conduct customer service and support activities, to improve our products and services, to send commercial electronic communications (if consent is given), to fulfill our legal obligations and to carry out our other activities, and within the scope of the legal obligation arising from the relevant legislation, especially the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and related secondary legislation, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698; your personal data that will enable us to fulfill the said purposes and legal obligations is requested from you. This personal data will be processed and stored based on your explicit consent, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope determined by this Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission, and by taking information security measures.

2. Processed Personal Data
Within the scope of our activities, the following personal data may be requested from our valued customers:

-Identity information (Name, surname, date of birth, gender), contact information (Mobile phone, e-mail, address), payment information, location information, order history, site usage data, cookie records and other personal data shared by you with us.

3. Legal Grounds

Your personal data may be processed on legal grounds such as explicit consent or legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation, in accordance with KVKK articles 5 and 6.

4. Personal Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is processed for the above purposes and for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Within the scope of Law No. 6563, electronic communication consent, the content of the communication, and transmission records are stored for 5 years from the date the consent ends. At the end of the period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data;

If you give your explicit consent, it may be transferred to our business partners, cargo/logistics companies, payment service providers, and upon request and legal necessity, to legally authorized institutions and organizations.

Your personal data is not transferred abroad. If a transfer is made, your explicit consent will be obtained separately.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

As a personal data owner, in accordance with KVKK art. 11;

a) To learn whether personal data is processed,

b) To request information if personal data has been processed,

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

d) To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in article 7,

f) To request that the transactions made pursuant to paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) To demand the compensation of the damage in case personal data is processed unlawfully.

 7. Policy Changes and Communication

Tvento reserves the right to update this policy. The current text is published at www.tvento.com/kvkk . Changes become effective from the date of their entry into force and our customers are informed.
