Will I pay for shipping?
Free shipping on all orders over ₺4,000 within Turkey.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Items returned in new condition within 14 days of the original shipment date will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged to the original form of payment used for purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs upon return and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
