We use the micron plating method, which is very rare in Turkey, to give our products their fineness. Micron plating is much more durable than other plating methods, and 24-karat gold is used as the raw material. If you want to use your product with its shine, avoid the following:
- Limit Contact with Moisture: Avoid exposing your jewelry to moisture and substances like sulfur. Moisture can cause silver to oxidize and gold to tarnish.
- Store in Tvento Boxes: Store your jewelry in separate boxes to isolate it from the air. Prevent scratches with the velvet lining inside the boxes we provide with the product.
- Dry and Cool: Keep your jewelry in a cool and dry place, away from humid environments. Also, protect your jewelry from light and heat sources, as these can cause damage to the jewelry.
- Cleaning and Care: Clean your jewelry regularly with a gentle jewelry cleaner. Then, dry it to remove moisture and polish it with a clean cloth. Also, keep your jewelry away from chemicals such as perfumes and lotions before wearing it.
- Frequent Use: Wearing your jewelry regularly can help prevent oxidation and tarnishing. However, remember to remove your jewelry when swimming, exercising, or doing heavy work.
- Professional Care: If you notice a significant problem with your jewelry, contact us, and we will provide professional care and repair. This will extend the life of your jewelry.
